Concrete and gunite pool demolition — full removal or partial fill-in. We pull permits, break out the shell, haul debris, and backfill to spec for new landscaping or a future rebuild.
Detached garages, carports, and accessory structures cleared safely — including slab and foundation removal where you need a fully clean buildable area.
Sheds, workshops, guest houses, mother-in-law suites, and other accessory buildings taken down and hauled — leaving the rest of your property completely intact.
Driveways, patios, slabs, and old foundations broken out and hauled off — leaving graded, build-ready ground for the next phase of your project.
Full-lot residential clearing — house, pool, slabs, vegetation, debris — handed over as a clean parcel ready for your builder's foundation crew to mobilize.
// Our Process
Tearing down a home or pool is straightforward — when it's done right. Here's how we keep it simple from your first call to a build-ready slab.
We visit the property, walk the structure with you, identify any concerns (asbestos, old septic tanks, oil tanks, etc.), and get you a firm quote — usually same-day or next-day.
We pull the demolition permit, coordinate disconnects with FPL, water/sewer, and gas, and handle any required asbestos surveys. You don't deal with the city — we do.
Equipment, fencing, and dust controls on site. Most single-family homes come down in 1–2 days. Pools, garages, and slabs typically a single day. We work clean and we work fast.
Every truckload of debris hauled out. Concrete recycled where possible, metals scrapped, the rest landfilled correctly. Holes backfilled to spec, lot graded.
We schedule the city's final inspection, close out the permit, and hand you clean records — so nothing's left hanging when your builder shows up to break ground.

// Residential Demolition FAQ
Everything you need to know before tearing down a house, pool, or accessory structure in South Florida.
Most single-family home demolitions in South Florida fall between $8,000 and $25,000, depending on size, materials, foundation type, and disposal requirements. Larger or two-story homes can run higher. Asbestos abatement, old septic tanks, oil tanks, or buried debris will add to the price.
Pool demolition typically runs $5,000 to $15,000, garages and outbuildings $2,000 to $8,000. We give you a firm quote after a site visit — no guesswork.
Yes — every residential demolition in Florida requires a permit, including houses, pools, garages, and most outbuildings over 100 sq ft. Miami-Dade and Broward also require utility disconnect verification and an asbestos survey for any structure built before 1980.
We pull every permit on your behalf as part of the project — you don't have to visit the building department.
On-site demolition for most single-family homes takes 1 to 3 days. Pools, garages, and slabs are typically a single day. The longer part of the timeline is permitting and utility disconnects — usually 2 to 4 weeks before we can mobilize. We move as fast as the city allows.
Yes. We handle both full pool removal(entire shell broken out and hauled off, hole backfilled and compacted to spec) and partial pool fill-in(concrete shell punctured for drainage, debris placed inside, and the area capped with clean fill).
Full removal costs more but leaves a fully buildable area. Partial fill is faster and cheaper but means the area can't carry future structures. We'll tell you which one makes sense for your property and plans.
We coordinate with licensed asbestos abatement contractors and sequence their work into the demolition schedule. We never demolish a structure with known asbestos before proper abatement is complete — Florida law and OSHA require it.
If your home is pre-1980, expect an asbestos survey before demolition can be permitted. We'll guide you through that step.

For pool, garage, and outbuilding-only jobs, we can often quote off photos and a description without a site visit.
We handle residential demolition projects throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Frequent project areas include Miami, Hialeah, Doral, Kendall, Homestead, Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Aventura, and West Palm Beach.
